Accused Dealer Caught With 50 Decks Of Heroin In Drug Raid, Police Say

A 47-year-old accused drug dealer is behind bars after state police say they found 50 decks of heroin during a raid in the area.

An investigation conducted by Troop K  Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET) led to the issuance of a search warrant granted by the town of Dover Court for a basement apartment on Mill Street in the town of Dover. 

Execution of the warrant on Friday, April 26 found Brian K. Lashomb was in possession of the heroin decks of heroin, and he was subsequently arrested, state police said.

Lashomb was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, a Class B felony.

He was arraigned before the town of Amenia Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. 

Lashomb was next scheduled to appear before the town of Dover Court on Tuesday, April 30.
